About the Role
Join Victoria's largest health service as a Customer Service & Admissions Officer across our Casey, Dandenong, and Kingston sites.
Our Reception and Admissions teams are the first point of contact for consumers attending our services. As the face of Monash Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring they receive the support and assistance they need throughout their visit.
As a member of our team, you will
- Respond to a wide range of enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Complete both face-to-face and online patient admissions.
- Assist patients and visitors with wayfinding throughout the hospital to ensure they reach their destination efficiently.
- Accurately enter and maintain patient information within the patient administration system (iPM).
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service in a busy healthcare environment.
About You
We welcome applicants with previous experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical terminology considered an advantage. Above all, we are looking for someone who embodies Monash Health's values and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

- A commitment to teamwork and the ability to contribute positively within a diverse and multicultural team.
Availability is essential, as operational shifts are rostered (including public holidays):
- Monday to Sunday 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM,
- Staff are also required to work across a minimum of two hospital sites.
