About the Role 

Express interest as a Nursing Clinical Coach in a fixed term - part time basis 0.52 FTE until 5 September 2027 (Maternity Leave cover), to work at Dandenong Hospital. 

The role of the Clinical Coach/Clinical Support Nurse (CC/CSN) entails offering clinical guidance and support to nurses throughout Monash Health. This position is supplementary and does not involve managing a clinical caseload. The (CC/CSN) ensures that nurses at Monash Health deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care by: 

• Advocating for evidence-based nursing practices across various settings. 

• Assisting in ongoing professional development. 

• Providing clinical supervision. 

• Supporting formal educational initiatives. 

• Encouraging nursing and midwifery research. 

• Collaborating with patients/clients and multidisciplinary teams to achieve health goals and outcomes. 

• Practicing autonomously and cooperatively, while being accountable for individual actions. 

• May be required to work a rotational roster primarily, but not only limited to Monday to Friday.

About You

Aside from a passion and commitment to holistic care provision, to ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge: 

• Relevant experience demonstrating appropriate competencies and skills in a relevant setting. 

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) 

• Outstanding communication and time management skills coupled with delivering evidence based holistic patient centred care  

• AHPRA registration.
