About Monash Health Imaging  

Monash Health Imaging incorporates services at Monash Medical Centre – Clayton (MMC); Monash Children’s Hospital, Clayton (MCH); Victorian Heart Hospital, Clayton (VHH); Dandenong Hospital, Dandenong; Casey Hospital, Berwick; Moorabbin Hospital, Bentleigh East, Kingston Centre; Cheltenham. The service provides over 350,000 imaging examinations per year across all sites.  The Service currently employs approximately 600 EFT, and has a gross operating budget in excess of $100m. 

Imaging at Monash Health clearly defines its purpose as the delivery of leading-edge, evidence-based diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services, research and education that meets the needs of our communityThis is evidenced by the large number of publications, research and beta agreements currently in place.  The collaborative agreements and published research are indicators of leadership and expertise in the field of Radiology. 

 

Join Monash Imaging at Dandenong Hospital. We are seeking Deputy Chief Medical Imaging Technologists (MIT) to join our senior leadership team.  

Monash Imaging is seeking a qualified Deputy Chief Medical Imaging Technologist to join our dynamic workforce at Dandenong Hospital.  

You would be joining our cohort of Medical Imaging Technologists who work across multiple modalities. Services at Dandenong Hospital include General X-ray, Theatre, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI, Fluoroscopy and Angiography. We provide an imaging service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

About the Role and You  

You will be working as part of the senior leadership team to shape how the Imaging team provides quality diagnostic imaging care to emergency, inpatients and outpatients. Your ability to succeed in this role will be maximized if you can demonstrate:
