About the Role
Are you a motivated and patient-focused Dietitian looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Grade 1 Dietitian to join our dynamic dialysis team on a full-time, fixed-term basis through to March 2026.
This exciting role offers valuable career development and growth opportunities, supported by experienced senior staff who provide supervision and mentorship. While primarily a fixed-term role, this position offers comprehensive exposure to renal dietetics—making every day a new learning experience.

About Us
Our Nutrition and Dietetics team is part of the Allied Health Adult Inpatient Care program. Guided by a person-centred approach, we are an interdisciplinary, innovative team that embraces change and challenge as opportunities for growth.
We are committed to delivering best-practice clinical care, contributing to multidisciplinary collaboration, and advancing the profession through teaching, supervision, mentoring, research, quality improvement and food service initiatives. Our service focuses on:

Delivering high-quality, timely, and patient-centred dietetic care

Ensuring continuity of care throughout a patient’s admission

Supporting meaningful progression in dietetic management across the care journey
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring the following:

Grade 1 Dietitian with experience or a keen interest in renal nutrition
-
Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care
-
Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary team work
-
Eager to learn, grow, expand your knowledge and develop others

Your pro-active, patient centred attitude
Mandatory requirements include:
-
Hold a Dietitians Australia accredited dietetics degree or hold a Dietitians Australia mutually recognised dietetics degree from New Zealand or have passed the Dietitians Dietetic Skills Recognition (DSR) process

Eligible for registration with the APD program with Dietitians Australia
