About the Role:

Join our team as a Dietician Grade 1 on a full-time, fixed-term basis until August 2026 based at Dandenong Hospital to provide acute clinical care to our inpatients.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • You will provide evidence-based, patient-centred care
  • You will be exposed to and upskill in a range of clinical specialties
  • You will participate and contribute to Nutrition and Dietetic clinical streams, quality and research projects
  • And the best part, you will be part of a friendly, fun and supportive team

About You:

To thrive in this role, you will bring the following:

  • Grade 1 Dietitian with at least 12-months clinical experience
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care
  • Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary team work
  • Eager to learn, grow, expand your knowledge and develop others
  • Your pro-active, patient centred attitude

 

Mandatory requirements include:

  • Hold a Dietitians Australia accredited dietetics degree or hold a Dietitians Australia mutually recognised dietetics degree from New Zealand or have passed the Dietitians Dietetic Skills Recognition (DSR) process 
  • Eligible for registration with the APD program with Dietitians Australia
  • Current Drivers Licence
