About the Reform Team

 

The Mental Health Service Reform Team has been established to promote, support and implement reforms arising from the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System. These reforms set out a 10-year vision for a future mental health system where people can access treatment close to their homes and in their communities. Importantly, people with lived experience of mental illness or psychological distress are central to the design and delivery of the new mental health and wellbeing system.

Monash Health is seeking a dynamic Implementation Project Officer to help drive our transformative mental health service reform program. This is your opportunity to make a real impact - coordinating innovative projects, engaging key stakeholders, and championing recovery-focused care across the Monash Health mental health program..

As a key member of our Mental Health Service Reform Team, you’ll:

  • Lead project planning, implementation, and reporting with purpose and precision.
  • Apply quality improvement and change management strategies to deliver sustainable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with passionate professionals to shape the future of mental health care.

We’re looking for someone with health service experience and a deep commitment to improving mental health systems through bold, systemic reform.
