About Monash Imaging
Monash Imaging is Victoria’s largest public radiology provider dedicated to providing patient focused services to the people of South East Melbourne and surrounding communities. We are over 600 strong with services at Clayton (Monash Medical Centre, Monash Children’s Hospital, Victorian Heart Hospital), Dandenong, Moorabbin, Berwick, Kingston, Pakenham and soon to be Cranbourne. Included at these sites are a full range of modalities including CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, X-ray, OPG, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Interventional Angiography, Interventional Neuroradiology and Bone Densitometry.
Monash Imaging Dandenong Hospital is a friendly and supportive team that encourages learning and skill development. The department is busy and the work is varied providing opportunities for development. You will be a member of a team providing efficient and quality imaging to not only the Greater Dandenong community but across the Monash Health catchment that provides services to the outer southeast of Melbourne and West Gippsland.
About the Role - Medical Imaging Technologist
We are offering a role ideal for a registered Medical imaging Technologist keen to grow clinically and professionally, working in a dynamic and busy imaging department. You will work clinically with dedicated staff providing support and guidance, both within and outside of Monash Health Imaging. It is an ideal role for someone who is early in their career and wanting to develop their knowledge and skills.
- Full time role
- Work is rostered across seven days a week and will include shiftwork and on call
- Training and skill development is provided across all modalities
- You will be supported to develop your clinical skills
- This position will provide the opportunity to be trained in advanced modalities
- Based at Dandenong Hospital
