About the Role

We are excited to announce the NDIS Specialist Lead role within the Monash Health Mental Health Program. As an Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with expertise in mental health and the NDIS, you will provide expert guidance on the NDIS participant pathway, build workforce capability, and work alongside senior clinicians to support coordinated care and timely discharge planning for consumers with complex psychosocial needs. You will lead partnerships, provide secondary consultation, and embed contemporary NDIS practice across the program.

This is a full time, ongoing position, commencing in September 2026.
