About The Role
This is a full time Personal Assistant role, based at Dandenong Hospital. The role provides high level support to the General Manager - Surgery and the Program Director - Surgery, enabling them to utilise their time and skills effectively and efficiently in managing the Surgery Program. Responsibilities may include preparation of reports, coordination of feedback and responses, diary management, correspondence and signing, liaising with the Monash Health Executive team, creation of agendas/minutes, drafting communication on behalf of the Surgery Program, and maintaining data as required.
About You
This role requires an experienced personal assistant who demonstrates a flexible, can-do attitude and strong organisational,communication and time management skills. The ability to quickly build strong relationships with stakeholders is essential in providing such support.
You have:
- Previous Personal Assistant and / or administrative experience at Executive level
- Advanced knowledge in computer software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Professional presentation
- Excellent customer service skills and a high standard of both written and verbal communication skills
