About the Role:

Join our team as a Physiotherapist Grade 1 on a full-time, fixed-term basis until January 2028.

 

This exciting rotational position offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in paediatric and acute care, with rotations across:

  • Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service
  • Child and Family Program
  • Acute Allied Health at Monash Children’s Hospital

 

Commencing in the Child and Family Program, this role is ideal for both new graduate physiotherapists and clinicians with existing Grade 1 experience who are looking to grow their skills in a dynamic, supportive environment. This rotation sits at Springvale and new Cranbourne Community Hospital and the other 2 rotations are in Monash Childrens Hospital.

 

Throughout the program, you will deliver best-practice, patient- and family-centred care while developing strong clinical, organisational and professional capabilities. You’ll work as an integral member of an interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple Monash Health sites.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you will bring the following:

  • Enthusiasm for a multifaceted role   
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong patient-centred focus   
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent   
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, client-focussed care
  • Current Driver’s License
