About the Role:

We’re excited to offer two fantastic opportunities for experienced Physiotherapists to join our Community Rehabilitation team:

• Full-time, fixed-term until November 2026 (parental leave cover)
• Part-time ongoing (0.6 FTE / 45.6 hours per fortnight)

These roles are primarily based at Monash Health Springvale and Dandenong Community Rehabilitation Service, with the opportunity to work across other Monash Health sites as required.

In this position, you’ll support a diverse client group - no two days will ever be the same! You’ll collaborate closely with our talented Physiotherapists and the wider interdisciplinary team, contributing to a supportive and inclusive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Grade 1 Physiotherapist ready to take the next step or a Grade 2 clinician looking to further develop expertise in Community Rehabilitation. You’ll be supported with ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to help you thrive.

Mandatory requirements of the role:  

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent 
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) 
• Current drivers licence 
• Relevant professional experience in public health and working with adults in a rehabilitation or community setting
