About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join us on a part-time ongoing (0.63 EFT / 48 hours per fortnight) basis . This role is primarily based at 122 Thomas St Dandenong and Monash Health - Kingston Centre, with opportunities to work across other Monash Health sites as required'
As part of the Specialist Clinics Continence Clinic, you’ll play a key role in delivering best practice, patient-centred care while working alongside Senior Clinician Physiotherapists and Stream/Team Leaders. This role offers the chance to:
- Provide specialist continence physiotherapy assessment, management, and treatment for clients through the Monash Health Community Continence Service
- Manage your own independent caseload with a focus on pelvic floor, bladder, and bowel dysfunction
- Monitor and evaluate client outcomes to ensure care meets both best practice standards and community expectations
- Develop, implement, and educate clients in individualised pelvic floor rehabilitation programs
- Collaborate across services to build strong internal and external partnerships

The Continence Service is an outpatient service within the Specialist Clinics. We are a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of specialist clinicians passionate about continence management. As a member of the Monash Health continence service and broader teams, we are committed to working with you to become your professional best. We offer clinical education sessions, training on the job and career progression to enable you to further develop your clinical and leadership skills. The Health Independence Program funded continence service is an innovative multidisciplinary team who will welcome your fresh ideas and approaches. Working with one of the largest continence teams in Victoria you will have opportunities to work with and learn from a variety of health professionals including geriatricians, senior physiotherapists, clinical nurse consultants and a dietician in a supportive environment.
About You:

Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)
- Post Graduate Certificate in Physiotherapy – Continence & Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation or equivalent
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Physiotherapy Board of Australia (practicing, no restrictions)
- Current Driver’s License
