Join our team as a Quality Partner for Aged Care Services on a Full Time (fixed term basis).

 

About the Role

Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager for Aged Care services and working collaboratively with the management of 4 residential homes and program managers for the commonwealth funded aged community programs, you will be involved in the monitoring and evaluation of clinical standards of care and service delivery, achievement of compliance in all accreditation outcomes and monitor the effectiveness of quality and risk management systems. The role supports the work of the Aged Care Services Quality and Compliance Manager.  

 

About You

What you bring:

  • Experience in a similar role, in which you have demonstrated success working within a compliance based environment.  

  • Excellent communicator with highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively across a wide range of stakeholders, 

  • Relevant  experience in aged care standards, NDIS standards and quality/risk and compliance 

What you need:

  • Registered Nurse with current experience working in a Commonwealth funded aged care environment (Residential/Community) 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Enthusiastic, compassionate with an ability to work collaboratively. 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and NDIS legislation
