About Us

As the acuity and complexity of maternity care grows across the South Eastern corridor, so does our commitment to meeting the needs of women and families.

We proudly care for a culturally diverse population, and our rotational model allows midwives to expand their skills across clinic, birth suite, postnatal care, and extended care in the home as well as Special Care Nursery. This model promotes continuity of care and enhances both staff experience and patient outcomes.

Our team delivers exceptional, compassionate care — our midwives work alongside Obstetric Registrars and Consultants, providing expert antenatal and perinatal care, including advanced diagnostics and one-to-one support during labour.

With a focus on family-centred care, we offer a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that fosters clinical excellence and ongoing learning.

Guided by Monash Health’s strategic plan Care, Reimagined (2026–2031), we are committed to delivering care beyond the hospital, embracing innovation, and fostering joy in work — underpinned by our values of being Full Hearted, Open Minded, and All In.
