About the Role:
The Mobile Support and Treatment Service provides intensive recovery-orientated treatment to consumers experiencing a range of mental health problems in their own environment.
An exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (Grade 3) to join our exciting enhanced community team working alongside experienced mental health clincians. The Mobile Support and Treatment Service is seeking a skilled clinician with skills and knowledge to work within a recovery orientated framework whilst working collaboratively with consumers, carers/families, the leadership and multi-disciplinary team.
The role is a fixed term part time (0.8eft) parental leave position between September 2024 - June 2025. The working hours are 830am - 5pm, 1200pm - 830pm 7 days per week.
About you
You are able to demonstrate specialist clinical knowledge and work collaboratively with your team, individuals and groups to achieve organisational and service goals.
- Post graduate studies in mental health or completion of a specialist undergraduate psychiatric nursing program (essential)
- Experience in Mental Health, within community, acute or inpatient environment ( essential)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Employee Working with Children Check
- Relevant working rights/ Visa for Australia
