This senior role also contributes to service development through clinical leadership, capacity building, and secondary consultation with other clinicians. You will support professional development, assist with managing crisis presentations, and play a key role in the supervision of students and early-career staff. With a focus on early intervention, the Occupational Therapist is integral to improving functional outcomes, enhancing quality of life, and promoting independence for young people living with mental illness.
