As part of the Engage Team, you’ll provide advanced clinical expertise to support individuals presenting to ED with mental health concerns, conducting complex psychosocial assessments and facilitating safe, supported discharges. What your day might look like:
- Conducting high-quality, timely psychosocial assessments in a fast-paced ED setting
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support safe and effective discharge planning
- Providing evidence-based interventions, advocacy, and risk management
- Offering targeted outreach and follow-up post-ED discharge
- Contributing to service development and innovation as part of a dedicated, passionate team
This is a unique opportunity to shape a growing service, strengthen your clinical and leadership skills, and truly make a difference in a dynamic and supportive environment.

- Extensive experience in Social Work, ideally within mental health or emergency settings
- Advanced psychosocial assessment and intervention skills
