Administration Officer – Psychiatric Triage Service and Casey Community Service Manager  

Full-time Ongoing | Endeavour Hills  

 

About the Role  

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the Psychiatric Triage Service (PTS) and the Casey Community Services Manager. This role is integral to ensuring efficient service delivery and exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:  

  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and venue bookings  

  • Delivering customer-focused service to patients, families, and stakeholders  

  • Supporting clinical staff in a fast-paced, team-based environment  

This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday) and may involve travel across sites.  

 

About You  

You will bring:  

  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience (healthcare or mental health preferred)  

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and relevant legislation  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems such as CISCO, HEAT, CMI, iPM, IPROC, BEIMS  

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills  

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively
