About the Role
Join our team as an administration officer on a full time (Mon – Fri 08:30 – 4:30), (part time also available for the right candidate), ongoing to work at the Specialist Clinics Kingston based at Cheltenham.
· Day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
· Contribute equitably to the administrative workload of the Clinics.
· Maintain local appointment booking systems to ensure clients’ appointments times are optimised and waiting times for service kept to a minimum across Kingston and other sites.
· Manage and maintain data/reporting as requested by manager (using HMS/Harrison and iPM), in line with governing body requirements
About You
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

· Computer literacy
· Prior experience a similar role within the medical field
· Can do attitude / Work as an effective team member, considering the needs of others in your team, working towards common goal
· Excellent communication skills
· Be able to work in a faced passed environment
· Adapt well to change and innovation
· Ability to identify quality and process improvement opportunity
Mandatory requirements of the role
· Drivers licence
· Working with Children Check / Police check
