About the Role:
Join our team as an Allied Health Education Administration Officer on a full-time (negotiable) basis, based at the Monash Health – Kingston Centre.
If you are an experienced administrative officer looking for your next challenge, this is the role for you! In this role you will support the administrative functions of the education team that cover student, graduate and workforce education.
Your day will entail speaking with great people, internal to the team, internal to Monash Health and some external education providers. As well as invoicing, contract progression, intranet modification, room booking, dairy management, resource collation, stationery ordering and more.

Monash Health Allied Health employs over 1600 staff and hosts professional and assistant students annually. The WISER team supports education, professional practice, governance, grad program coordination, informatics, research and projects aligned to Allied Health at Monash health. The student coordinator team is a cohesive and innovative team providing best practice education experiences for students on placement at Monash health.

- Advanced organisational and time management skills
- Relevant tertiary degree desired
