About the Role: 

Come and Join our award winning Allied Health Assistant Team!

 

The Kingston Community Rehabilitation Service is looking for an enthusiastic Grade 2  or Grade 3  Allied Health Assistant to join our innovative AHA team on a part-time (0.60 EFT / 45.6 hours per fortnight) ongoing basis.  

The role is well supported by the AHA team that won the 2025 Allied Health Education and Engagement Award. It presents an excellent opportunity to broaden your skills and gain experience in the community setting. This position will be responsible for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support clients to reach their functional goals. The case load will include adult clients in the community across a variety of clinical streams in both home and centre based programs.

Mandatory requirements include: 

  • Certificate III or Certificate IV (preferred) in Allied Health Assistance     
  • Relevant experience working as an AHA in a health care setting 
  • If Grade 3 AHA, minimum 3 years’ experience (full time equivalent) and Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance are required   
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence
