About the Role

 

Join our supportive and inclusive Community Rehabilitation team in a Full time ongoing basis at the Kingston Centre in Heatherton. The Monash Health Community Rehabilitation Service actively engages with people to improve and maintain health, independence and well-being. Our aim is to help clients live their best lives by enabling them to access the support they need, when they need it. The Community Rehabilitation Administrative Officer is a core part of the multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include front line customer service across our two rehabilitation facilities, data entry and auditing, secretarial, reception and administrative duties for the Community Rehabilitation Service.   

 

 

About You    

 

You are highly organised with great attention to detail. Your interpersonal skills are excellent and you value working with a highly supportive and inclusive team. You are flexible, enjoy a challenge, and thrive in a busy but friendly environment.   

 

What you need:   

 

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role (experience in health care setting is desirable)   
  • Current Victorian drivers licence   
  • Demonstrated ability in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Outlook / Excel)  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills   
  • Experience in the use of database, client and invoicing systems or similar relevant to the role   
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of people, including staff, clients and carers
