About the Role:
Are you a passionate Dietitian ready to make a real difference? Join our team as a Dietitian Grade 2 on a part-time, fixed-term (0.80 EFT / 60.8 hours per fortnight) basis until August 2026, based at the Monash Health - Kingston Centre.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused professional who is eager for a rewarding challenge. In this role, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centred Dietetic services within Monash Health Adult Inpatient services and clinics, working collaboratively with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and support safe, timely discharges.
You will actively contribute to the Nutrition and Dietetic and multidisciplinary teams by:

Provide evidence-based, patient-centred care

Work collaboratively with patients, their families and the multidisciplinary team to progress care

Participate and contribute to Nutrition and Dietetic clinical streams, quality and research projects

This role also includes participation in the weekend and public holiday roster, offering a dynamic and varied work environment.

About You:
To thrive in this role, you will bring the following:

Currently working or have recently worked as a Grade 2 Clinical Dietitian in a hospital or as a Grade 1 Dietitian with at least 2 years clinical experience in a hospital environment

Bring your pro-active, patient-centred attitude

Demonstrated resilience, flexibility and adaptability in response to a dynamic work environment

Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary team work

Ambition to grow your clinical skills and expand your knowledge and develop others
Mandatory requirements include:

An approved undergraduate or post graduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics

Eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia

Eligibility for Accredited Practising APD membership
