Physiotherapist Grade 1 | Full-time Ongoing | Rotational 

 

 

About the Role

This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to grow as a Physiotherapist. Whether you are a new graduate physiotherapist, or have experience working at a Grade 1 level, this role could be what you’re looking for. The rotational program includes 57 rotations across the continuum of care from acute bed-based services through to community health programs. This offers a great opportunity to experience a variety of specialisms. You will have access to clinical supervision, professional development and join our team of clinicians who are passionate about providing excellent, evidence based care.

 

The rotation program offers:

  • Exposure to a variety of clinical settings
  • Formal and informal supervision
  • Internal professional development opportunities, including participation in the annual Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology Research Conference
  • Involvement in research and quality improvement projects working closely with the Physiotherapy research lead

About Us

The Monash Health Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology team including Allied Health Assistants, is the largest Victorian public healthcare team of its kind. We provide a comprehensive range of specialist acute and sub-acute services across all Monash Health sites. We collaboratively ensure the best outcome for clients in our care. With a continuous growth model we are looking forward to welcoming Grade 1 clinicians to the service. The opportunities are full time ongoing and fixed term positions and we encourage new graduates as well as clinicians with experience to apply.

 

 

About You

To thrive in this role you will bring: 

  • Enthusiasm for a multifaceted role
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong patient-centred focus
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, client-focussed care
  • Current Driver’s License
