About the Role:
Are you a passionate Physiotherapist ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated clinician to join our friendly and supportive team at the Kingston Centre - Monash Health on a part-time, fixed-term basis (0.40 EFT / 30.4 hours per fortnight) until May 2027.
This is an opportunity to thrive in a diverse Community Rehabilitation setting, working with adult clients across a wide range of clinical streams, including:
- Neurological
- Musculoskeletal
- Cardiac
- Pulmonary
- General Rehabilitation
Whether you’re an experienced Grade 1 Physiotherapist ready for your next challenge, or a Grade 2 looking for a refreshing change, this role is your chance to expand your skills, build your clinical expertise, and make a real impact in the community.
You’ll be well-supported by a dedicated team including a Senior Clinician Physiotherapist and Team Leaders who are committed to your growth and success.
About Us:
The Monash Health Community Rehabilitation Service actively engages with people to improve and maintain health, independence and well-being. We do this by coordinating and/or providing integrated, multidisciplinary care across multiple settings within the local community, inclusive of home and centre based therapy. Our aim is to help clients live their best lives by enabling them to access the support they need, when they need it.

Mandatory requirements of the role:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Relevant professional experience working with adults in a rehabilitation or community setting
