About the Role:

Join our team as a Grade 2 Physiotherapist on a part-time, fixed-term basis (0.40 EFT / 30.4 hours per fortnight) until November 2026, within Monash Health Residential Care and our Transition Care Program (TCP). We’re flexible with hours and days, and happy to work around your schedule.

This role is primarily based within our Residential Care Homes in the brand-new Boollam Boollam Aged Care Centre in Heatherton and Chestnut Gardens in Doveton.

 

This is a unique opportunity to join our large, friendly community-based team. This role will suit an enthusiastic, dynamic and skilled clinician, keen to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality client care, driving service development, and championing impactful continuous improvement activities and research.

About You:

To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

  • Demonstrates clinical skills and expertise in the area of community care and gerontology
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe consumer- focused care, providing specialist knowledge or depth of experience
  • Provides holistic and comprehensive assessments and interventions

 

Mandatory requirements of the role:

  • Current Victorian drivers licence
  • Current and Satisfactory Aged Care Clearance (Police Check/Aged Care Worker Screen) 
  • NDIS workers check
  • No current Aged Care Banning Orders in place (as per Register of Banning Orders)
