About the Role:
We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Grade 3 Physiotherapist to join our subacute Physiotherapy team at Kingston Centre in Cheltenham on a full-time, ongoing basis. Come be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care!
As a member of Monash Physiotherapy Team, we are committed to working with you to become your professional best. We offer clinical education sessions, training on the job and career progression to enable you to further develop your clinical and leadership skills.
You will be responsible for the provision of physiotherapy clinical services in the Sub Acute Inpatient setting. The caseload is varied, including neurosciences, amputees and orthopaedic diagnoses. You will provide inspiring leadership to support both the multi-disciplinary teams and the wider Monash Health Physiotherapy team. In this role, you’ll be supported by a Grade 4 Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and a large, dynamic, and forward-thinking Physiotherapy department.
In this role, you will supervise Grade 1 and 2 Physiotherapists, and provide support to Allied Health Assistants and Physiotherapy students. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to broader Allied Health leadership and ward governance, take on diverse portfolios within the Physiotherapy department, and collaborate closely with the operational Physiotherapy Manager on service development and innovations.
While this role is primarily based at the Kingston Centre, applicants may be required to work at any Monash Health site.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in the subacute rehabilitation setting
