About Us

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aged Care Services – Quality Partner to provide expert leadership in quality, safety, risk management and continuous improvement across our Residential and Community Aged Care services. This influential role partners closely with operational leaders and frontline teams to ensure excellence in resident- and client-centred care, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness across Commonwealth-funded Aged Care programs and relevant NDIS standards.

You will monitor and evaluate clinical and service delivery standards, mentor and educate managers and teams, lead quality initiatives, and escalate risks to support safe, high-quality outcomes for residents and clients.

About the Role

· Monitor and evaluate clinical care and service delivery (assessment, care planning, documentation and evaluation) across Residential and Community Aged Care programs and NDIS-aligned services.

· Provide education, mentoring and accreditation support to program managers and teams, strengthening understanding of Quality and Accreditation Standards and regulatory reforms.

· Oversee the effectiveness of quality and risk management systems, including incident management, trend analysis and reporting.

· Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory obligations, escalating risks and non-compliance appropriately.

· Lead and contribute to quality improvement projects, audits, research and service-wide initiatives using evidence-based frameworks (e.g. PDCA).

· Support organisational readiness for Aged Care renewal of registration and NDIS accreditation, including gap analysis, audit coordination and on-site support.

· Prepare and present quality, safety and performance reports to relevant governance committees and stakeholders.

· Foster strong internal and external relationships, including with regulators and clinical partners.

This is a full-time fixed term (maternity leave replacement) opportunity until January 2027.

What you Bring;

You are a confident quality and clinical governance professional with strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach. You bring credibility in aged care quality systems, a passion for person-centred care, and the ability to influence, educate and support teams through change.

What you need;

· Proven experience in quality risk management frameworks and accreditation cycles within Residential and/or Community Aged Care – essential.

· Current registration with AHPRA and eligibility to meet all employment screening requirements – essential.

· Postgraduate qualifications (desirable) and contemporary knowledge of aged care legislation and standards.

· Strong report writing, data analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Sound understanding of clinical governance, incident management and continuous improvement methodologies.

· Excellent organisational skills, discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Ability to work independently across multiple sites with a current Victorian Driver Licence
