Kingston Centre, located in Heatherton, is a stand-alone subacute site within Victoria’s largest public health service, Monash Health. Onsite we have a purpose-built rehabilitation centre which encompasses a large onsite gym, pool and kitchen amenities for our consumers. Rehabilitation @ Kingston Centre is comprised of 3 units that specialise in a range of services that include Geriatric Rehabilitation, Movement Disorders, post Stroke Rehabilitation, MS, Spinal Cord Injuries and post craniotomy rehabilitation, and wide range of other neurological conditions.

 

We currently have ongoing positions with both Full Time and Part Time hours available working across a 7-day rotational roster.    

 

 

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses looking to excel their career and grow their clinical knowledge, and at Kingston Centre there is an abundance of learning and leadership opportunities waiting to be explored! The capacity of work to undertake complex discharge planning, complex wounds, patient training, address continence and catheter issues.

With the overall aim to see that all patients are treated with dignity and respect as they transition into longer term Residential care or back into their home environment.
