- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with residents and the care team
- Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment
- Take leadership responsibilities during shifts, including acting ‘in-charge’ if/when required
- Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
- Valid NDIS Clearance and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (essential)
- Valid police check clearance including a renewal every 3 years (essential)
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- Prior Nursing experience in aged care (essential)
- Completion of a 12-month supported graduate nurse program or equivelant work experience as a Registered Nurse, essential
- A commitment to safe, best-practice nursing and quality improvement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative attitude
- Passion for person-centred care and resident advocacy
- Compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented
