About the Role
There is one ongoing part-time position available at 0.6 EFT.
The role of the RPN 3 is to provide a range of clinical treatment and therapeutic interventions for consumers experiencing increased symptoms associated with relapse, or after an acute episode of mental illness.
As part of the provision of nursing interventions and knowledge in the multidisciplinary assessment, formulation and treatment process in order to achieve improved outcomes for the women who access the SPARCS, and their families.
The RPN 3 position will require an individual with strong clinical skills, which will enable them to support individual consumers who may present with a wide range of issues related to their mental health, as well as the capacity to work collaboratively alongside other Monash Health clinical teams, including ED, CCTs, CCUs, PTS and other community-based agencies.
This part-time position will work a roster over seven days per week with AM and PM shifts Monday to Friday, nightshifts not included.

You are a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Clinician committed to engaging with our consumers, their families, caregivers, and key stakeholders in a manner that is culturally and linguistically sensitive, promotes trust, and facilitates the development of a productive therapeutic alliance.

About us
The Springvale Prevention and Recovery Care service (SPARC) is a female-only, sub-acute, residential mental health facility that provides care to women who require ongoing support after a hospital stay (step-down) or enhanced care if coming from the community (step-up).
PARCs are staffed by a multidisciplinary clinical team (Drs, RNs, Social Work, Psychology) in partnership with Wellways Australia and incorporate comprehensive support, assessment and delivery of evidence-based treatment and onward referral for women aged 25 and above who reside in the Monash Health catchment area.
