We are looking for a SMR Training and Auditing Coordinator at Kingston Scanning Centre.
About the Role:

27 hours a week, 3 days a week

Someone who is open to be training between the hours of 6:30am - 9:30pm
-
Primarily looking for a co ordinator during the PM (12-9:30pm)
Responsibilities:
-
Provide specialised training for SMR to new and existing Scanning Centre staff
-
Provide training for other departments who prep and scan documents such as Patient Services Team at other sites
-
Deliver structured training programs for SMR, including prepping, scanning, indexing, and data quality requirements
-
Provide onboarding and refresher training for Scanning Centre staff and SMR users across Monash Health
-
Develop, review, and maintain training materials, manuals, and user guides
-
Conduct regular audits of scanned medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
-
Maintain and manage the audit database, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
-
Monitor performance against established KPIs and prepare monthly reports on auditing and scanning outcomes
-
Provide targeted feedback and coaching to staff to address quality issues and improve performance
-
Ensure all documentation is correctly prepared, scanned, and indexed to the correct patient and episode
-
Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities within scanning and auditing processes
-
Support system users and assist with troubleshooting and workflow issues where required

Provide operational support to Team Leaders and assist with system or workflow coverage as needed
