Our Journey
Join Monash Health Bureau (MHB) as a Workforce Support Officer and play a vital role in supporting strategic and operational workforce priorities across nursing, midwifery, Registered Undergraduate Student of Nursing/Midwifery (RUSON/M), as well as relevant casual workforce groups. As part of the Nursing and Midwifery Workforce Practice team, MHB supports casual, pool, graduate and undergraduate employment models, ensuring high-quality workforce coordination and governance.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Support Officer to join our dynamic team in a full-time, Monday to Friday role. This position plays a pivotal in supporting recruitment, onboarding, orientation and workforce coordination for casual and pool workforces across Monash Health. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage compliance reporting, and contribute to workforce data analysis and process improvement.
A Day in the Life:
- 
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for casual and pool employees 
- 
Respond to workforce enquiries and support administrative processes 
- 
Liaise with senior staff to present workforce data and ensure compliance 
- 
Assist with internal and external reporting and support training initiatives 
- 
Supervise Grade 1 Administrative Officers as required 
About You:
- 
Minimum 2 years’ experience in workforce administration or a relevant qualification (Cert IV or Diploma/Advanced Diploma) 
- 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
- 
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities 
- 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g.SuccessFactors) 
- 
Experience in Health administration or supporting graduate/casual/agency workforces is desirable 
What you Need:

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence 
- 
Satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children’s Check (employee) 
- 
Evidence of immunisation status
