We are seeking an experienced Data Operations Manager to lead the Data Operations team within Corporate Services.
About the Role
This role is critical to enabling supply chain continuity and maintaining high quality data for reporting and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Data Operations team (4 EFT)
- Champion data quality, issue resolution and continuous improvement
- Drive process improvement, standardisation and operational efficiency
- Ensure product master data and catalogues accurately reflect contracted agreements
- Develop dashboards and reporting to support business insights
About You
- Strong experience with enterprise data systems
- Proven leadership experience in data governance or operations
- Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
