About the Role
To be the Second point of call within the HRIS Support Team and provide day to day system support to the Employee Services Applications. You will manage all functional aspects of the current and future systems and perform regular data integrity checks and audits will also be required to ensure accuracy.
You will lead the delivery of expert technical and functional advice to the support teams enabling them to meet their daily, weekly, and monthly processing targets.
You will be accountable both operationally and professionally to the HRIS Manager, the role of HRIS Analyst is to provide day-to-day systems support for HR system's this includes but not limited to eHub and others key systems and integrations within the portfolio of HRIS Support teams.
Key result areas

Ensuring you manage, respond and close out customer queries within the response times as per the KPI’s set by the HRIS Manager

Assisting HRIS Support team and Employee Services Team members with ongoing applications and process support

Day to day systems management and maintenance of the Employee Services systems including but not limited to;

Review of issues log and prioritisation identified functional issues
-
Assist with the coordination of planned system outages.

Responsible for the system configuration and testing of data and reviews of data accuracy for compliance.

Maintain issue register for all HR systems issues and changes. Report weekly to the HRIS Manager on outstanding issues

Provide assistance where required for audits and ad-hoc reporting as required.

Log and track all incidents in accordance with our Incident management processes

Ensure all required system configuration is completed in line with business requirements.

System subject matter expert for system project implementations, including upgrades and system changes, as an example, current and future projects include:

Half yearly SuccessFactors system upgrades

System change requests for eHub
-
Assist payroll team with the implementation of all new EBA and Salary increases.

Review user security profiles for appropriateness to roles and functions.

Ensure all the shared services system security is compliant with Monash Health Policies
-
Model appropriate standards and behaviors that are consistent with the Monash Health values and code of conduct

Maintain eHub business rules and configurations
-
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in the delivery and support of the application within Employee HRIS support team.

Work closely with HRIS Support Administrator and Compliance Teams to provide reporting and analysis to support key initiatives.
