About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Support Manager to lead our Support Team within Corporate Services.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Services, this role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused support function that ensures timely issue resolution and thorough communication, and plays a key part in identifying medical consumables supply risks and alternate solutions in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team (7 EFT)
- Drive service excellence, stakeholder satisfaction and innovaton
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners
- Deliver responsive, professional customer support across multiple channels
- Create and maintain service KPI dashboards and analytical insight reporting
- Contribute to Corporate Services strategies and operational priorities
About You
- Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
- Experience in a customer-facing leadership role within a complex organisation
- Extensive knowledge of CRM, ERP and Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, manage performance and improve service quality
