About the Role - Allied Health Assistant Grade 3 - Aged and Community Care, Springvale. 
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant to join the Aged and Community Care Program in a full time ongoing basis. This role will be predominantly based at the Springvale site, with travel between Monash Health sites as required. The Aged and Community Care Allied Health Assistant is responsible for working within the talented interdisciplinary team to provide best practice client care. Working with a diverse range of clients, no two days will be the same! The role will involve:  
  • Individual and group based work in both the centre and in the client's home  
  • Working under the delegation of Allied Health Professionals  
  • Being a vital part of the interdisciplinary team who are inclusive, passionate and share a vision to provide excellent, evidence-based care for clients.

What you need: 
  • Certificate IV Allied Health Assistance 
  • Minimum of 3 years full time experience as an AHA  
  • Current drivers license  
  • Working with Children Check 
  • Relevant experience working with adults within an inpatient, rehabilitation or community setting (desired)
