Allied Health Assistant Grade 3 - Aged & Community Care | Springvale | Full-Time Ongoing
About the Role
Are you a motivated and compassionate Allied Health Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults living in the community? Join our Aged and Community Care Program and become part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional client-centred care.
Based primarily at our Springvale site, with opportunities to work across Monash Health locations as required, this full-time ongoing role offers variety, collaboration and the chance to positively impact the health and wellbeing of a diverse client group. No two days are the same!
In this role, you will:
- Deliver individual and group-based interventions in both centre-based and home settings
- Work under the delegation and supervision of Allied Health Professionals to support client care goals
- Collaborate with a passionate and experienced interdisciplinary team committed to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
- Build meaningful relationships with clients while supporting them to maintain independence, health and quality of life

Mandatory requirements:
- Certificate IV Allied Health Assistance and has completed a minimum of three years of working AHA experience (fulltime equivalent)
- Current driver’s license
- Relevant experience working with adults within an inpatient, rehabilitation or community setting (desired)
