About the Role:
Join our team as a Speech Pathologist Grade 2 on a full-time basis based across our Springvale and Dandenong centre based team, with travel between Monash Health sites as required.
An exciting opportunity for a Grade 1 Speech Pathologist to transition to a Grade 2 role, or an experienced Grade 2 Speech Pathologist to extend and consolidate their clinical and leadership skills in a community rehabilitation setting.
This role will see you treat a wide range of patients with varying clinical presentations across neurological, cardiac, pulmonary and oncology streams. This is a great opportunity to diversify your skillset with access to clinical support to develop and grow. About You:

Mandatory requirements of the role:
- Bachelor/Master of Speech Pathology or recognised equivalent degree
- Eligible for membership as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current driver’s license
- Relevant professional experience working with adults in a rehabilitation or community setting
- Minimum of 18 months professional experience
- Completion or working towards completion of VFSS competency (desired)
- Experience in Neurological rehabilitation (desired)
